Job Description

The incumbent should have experience in Product Development & Advanced Engineering of Vehicle Thermal Systems (HVAC/PTC/Battery Cooling) with exposure in Automotive OEM, Tier-1 and CFD/CAE. Develop and manage complete testing infrastructure comprising all functional and durability equipment. Should have experience in handling team of 20-25 professionals in Design, Development, Testing, Customer handling, out of which at least 3 years experience as Head of R&D in reputed Auto Ancillary

Hands-on experience and Knowledge in EV Thermal Systems in OEM and Tier-1
Strong Design & Research skills in developing Heat exchanger that meet global standards.
Hands on experience in 1D Engine cooling & HVAC simulation tools
Managerial experience in CFD (Hands-on as well) and FEA Analysis projects
Experience in material, brazing analysis development and failure analysis through metallography testing, coupon testing, heat exchanger life predictions etc.,
Effective in organization formation, setting goals, periodic review and team motivation.
Lead Development of empirical tools for Automotive HVAC and PTC heat exchangers at PV.
Experience in problem solving using why-why analysis techniques
Strong leadership, communication and delegation skill
