Job Description

  • To recruit, train and develop employees so as to achieve companys goals and targets.
  • To conduct corporate processes like job evaluation and rotation and talent management.
  • Proper Performance management of existing employees including activities like annula salary increase , bonus management, target achieved and other related tasks.
  • Conducting training programs for both the staff and the workers on regular basis.
