Job Title: Domestic Service EngineerDepartment: Technical Service Qualification: B.E- MechanicalExperience: 2-5 YearsNo of Vacancies: 2Location:Delhi, ChandigarhDivision: Cooling (A Part of Industrial Product Business)1. Manage a regional service operation 2. Creation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs.3. Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning ofnew equipment, to handling warranty period service processes and activities.4. Handle customer objections and complaints.5. Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeatbusiness.6. Manage Dealer Network across allocated region.7. Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising ofannual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews forprocess adherenceCritical Competencies for the Job:1. Service Domain Knowledge for absorption chillers.2. Good Communication and stake holder management.3. Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure.4. Good Team Member and ability to work with cross functional team5. Willingness to Travel in respective geographies
