  • 5 Days Working !!
  • Cab / Reimbursement + Meal + Incentives
  • Salary Date- 7th of every month
  • Payments on time
  • Handling Queries with Mac / Popup / Router / Norton / Antivirus / Printer / QB calls/ PPC calls.
  • Subscription sales.
  • Must be comfortable with US.
  • Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.
  • Excellent customer service/sales skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP/ Vista/7/8/Mac OS.
  • Basic Knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Internet.
  • Ability to achieve the set target and to give contribution to growth of the Company
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Should have min. 1 yr experience in Technical support in tech process
  • Must be a Technical Savy
