Job Description

    Following are the Job Description of an Manager-Operations
    1. Setting standard and objectives for the different stores.
    2. Responsible for the budgeting of the stores.
    3. Formulate fruitful business development strategy to achieve target.
    4. Responsible for the hiring and training of the staff for his/her stores.
    5. Lead a team of Store Managers towards effective collaborations and achievement of goals.
    6. Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and in budget.
    7. Ensure compliance with companys policies and operational guidelines.
    8. Evaluate the performance of the team using key metrics and work on the issues to improve the performance.
    9. Assist Senior Management in expansion of the business and making business profitable.
    10. Look into the customer complaint and providing effective and practical solutions to the stores.
    11. Managing day to day operations of the stores through effective team management.
    12. Oversee employees work on daily basis to ensure adherence of the organizational SOPs.
    13. Taking regular meeting and briefing of the team for feedback and encouragement.
    14. Responsible for increasing the standard of the customer service.
    15. Responsible for setting up of the target of the stores and achieving the same.
