Job Description

We are looking for formulation & Development experience in Research not into Quality. Quality candidates please do not apply. Looking for R&D Experience only. JOB PURPOSEResearcher for Detergent Powders for Fabric & Home Care. Responsible for develop winning products which includes entire product development lifecycle: Formulation Design, Performance Tests, Stability Studies, Pilot Trials, Data analysis etc via thorough planning and seamless execution. Required TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Basic appreciation of chemistry to interpret technical findings
  • Ability to run pilot plants and evaluate product properties
  • Experience in home care product development would be an added advantage

Good communication and skills Role & ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of chemistry behind detergents and develop formulations as per performance and cost targetConducts all general standard experiments for appraisal in detergent powder segmentConduct processing trials & appraisals at pilot plant Conduct product stability & gross negative assessment studiesConstantly evaluate competitor products and establish benchmark levels via internal and external lab evaluationsKeeping abreast of developments in own area of expertise, delivering recommendations for new techniquesHelps to support the standardization and up gradations of appraisal methods Maintaining the logistics of multiple consumer evaluations with consumer insights team Manage all operations (lab/pilot plant etc.) pertaining to the powders development Manage project activities as per timelines set by the business.
