Hi Folks,We are looking for HR Executive role for edtech industry karolbaghExp-3 -5yrs in HR Ops and adminlocation-Karol bagh5 days working from office all Saturday WFHJob role and responsibilities-Cold calling taking feedbacks from the new joiners and exit candidates for further assistance.In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews.Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application for work passes, annual performance appraisal and training plans.Administration of attendance data.Administration of incident records, medical insurance and work injury claims.Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Coaching/advising managers in HR processes and legislative requirements in general, to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.Interested candidates can ping me on hidden_mobile and hidden_email
