Job description :-1) Responsible for end to end recruitment for a single / multiple Business Units, preferably from IBFSI - Operations / Sales jobs2) Effectively working with various Sourcing Channels. 3) call candidates for interview schedule4) share emails - interview Schedule5) Manage End to End recruitment cycle starting with Sourcing, Screening & qualifying potential candidates with assessment of interest, co-coordinating the interview with the panel, Salary negotiation, documentation for Background Verification / Offer generation and On-boarding 6)Willingness to work in a target driven environment * Should have good communication skills.*Candidate should be immediate joiner .
