Job Description

    Salary - 3.5 - 5.0 LPALocation - New DelhiExperience - 1-3 yearsMakkpress Technologies is seeking an HR Executive of Talent Management who will enable a talent ecosystem of limitless possibilities. The incumbent will own and drive the Career Development Centre strategy thus promoting talent excellence and driving a culture of continuous high performance. The incumbent will collaborate with business and leadership to analyze, diagnose, identify priorities, conceptualize initiatives and flawlessly program manage to see these initiatives through to execution. The incumbent must understand business priorities and organizational context and have the ability to influence solutions/outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities:-Develop and execute Talent Development, Performance Management, Succession Management, Career Development, Reward and Recognition, Identification and Assessment of Leaders, workforce planning, Employee Engagement Processes, programs, practices, and tools to ensure effectiveness.Lead the performance management cycle (PMS) right from KRA-setting, performance and leadership competency review, and normalization. Setting us Month, Quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reviews of the performance of the Key talent and company.Building the L&D for effective onboarding and orientation program further leads to the growth and development of the team.Lead the Reward and Recognition processEvaluate the best Talent Practices in the industry and support the design of critical people and talent processes Design & Governance of top talent retention and engagement initiatives. Managing employees connect through regular one-on-one and skip-level meetings.Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environmentManage communication with employees in compliance with programs and policiesSkill and experienceExperience in driving organization level talent initiatives in scaled up and fast-growing organizationsStrong consultative skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders in a global matrixed organizationStrong analytical and program management skillsA system thinker who continuously works towards enhancing the talent agenda of the organization.Requirements:-HR Talent Management, Generalist or equivalent with 1-3 years of experienceMust have experience in Software or IT companies team performance management and KPI developmentExperience in management development and soft skills training (designing & delivering)Experience of being an Assessor in Assessment Centre and developing Fast TrackPrograms for the identified talent pool or driving programs targeted for high potentialGood Communication Skills - written & verbalGood Stakeholder management skillsResult Oriented - drive for results with a strong sense of commitment and ownership.About the Company-Makkpress Technologies helps D2C brands scale their business with technical and marketing solutions, With a fast-growing list of clients based in India, the USA, Australia, and Europe.
