Job Description

Partnering effectively with businesses to implement strategic employee engagement initiatives Work closely with the HR Operations Manager to promote appreciatively and excellent culture Align closely with the corporate HR team to drive the HR processes Drive digitization projects in HR Execution of end-to-end HR Operations strategy for employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, Employee Database Reports, Exit management and HR dashboards Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hiring to retire HR processes Handle statutory and payroll audits Managing and revamping, if required, HR guidelines and company-level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data Conduct an employee connect program to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction levels Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it Manage the employee letters and communicationInterested applicants are required to send their resume to: hidden_email
