Job Description

    Job Description Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for hiring sales professionals
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
    • Conducts interview and mange the entire recruitment process
    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Design and implement competitive salary structures basedon Travel Allowances (TA)
    And Daily Allowances( DA) for sales them.Incentive Policy Streamlining :
    • Analyze current incentive policies and recommend improvement to drive performance
    • Work closely with the sales leadership team to align incentives with business objectives
    • Implement transparent and motivating incentive Structures.
    Policy and SOP Drafting:
    • Develop and update hr polices and standard Operating Procedures
    • Communicate policies effectively to employees and conduct training as necessary.
    HRMIS Implementation:
    • Lead the Implementation of a robust Human Resource Management Information System(HRMIS)
    • Ensure accurate and Up to date employee records
    • Utilize HR analytics to make data driven decision.
    Induction Program :
    • Develop and oversee a comprehensive induction program for new sales employees
    • Ensure that new hires receive the necessary training and information to integrate seamless into the organization.
    Additional Responsibilities Employee Relation:
    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication
    • Mediate and resolve conflictsto maintain a healthy workplace culture
    Performance Management :
    • Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals and conduct regular performance review
    • Implement performance improvement plans as needed
    Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
    • Facilitate workshop and training session to enhance skills and knowledge.
    Employee Engagement :
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
    • Oranise team building activities and recognition programs.
    Legal Compliances:
    • Stay update on labour law and regulation to ensure compliance
    • Provide guidance to management on legal matters related to HR
    Sales Force Automation (SFA) Software :
    • Familiarity with SFA software suchas field Assist and Bizom
    • Collabborate with IT and sales teams to optimize the utilization of SFA tool for efficient sales operations.
    Data Management Skills:
    • Proficient I Excel and PowerPoint to analyse and present HR data effectively
    • Utilise data driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendation
    Qualications:Bacelors degree in Human Resources , Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in HR leadership roles preferably in the FMCG sectorStrong understanding of compensation and structuresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HRMIS Implementation .
