Job Description

As an HR IT Developer, you will participate in the design, development and technical support of BCGs global Recruiting applications. You will work with a team of internal and external developers, as well as a cross-functional team consisting of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and others to provide high quality applications which respond to and meet the business needs of the entire BCG organization.YOURE GOOD ATTechnical and functional expertise

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS)Education
  • Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Technology
Experience/Knowledge
  • 3-5 years of experience in the development of business applications in a commercial IT setting, or in consulting
  • Strong Experience with a commercial RDBMS, preferably Oracle
  • Strong Experience in ASP.NET web sites and/or .NET web services.
  • Experience in developing reports based on MS RS.
  • Experience integrating commercial recruiting applications, particularly Avature, is desired.
  • API design experience is a plus
  • Mobile application development experience a plus
