Job Description

Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with good networking skills
Make jobseekers available for the particular job opening aligned with them
Line up 50 + candidates on a monthly bases for lateral and middle-level positions
Make posters to be shared with other staff for upcoming or urgent Job Openings
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails and maintain existing joinings.

upto 25,000/- INR ( incentives starting from 5,000/- monthly )

Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resource
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet targets
