Job Description

    As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates to fill open positions within our organisation. Your primary focus will be to attract top talent and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers.Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the skills and qualifications required for each open position.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for recruiting and an interest in joining our team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
