Job Description

    Job Title: Talent Acquisition RecruiterDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: South Extension (Kotla Mubarakpur) Job Summary:As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, to ensure we have the right people in the right positions to drive our companys success.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
      1. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
      2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
      3. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Recruitment Strategy:
      1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
      2. Create job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the roles requirements and the companys culture.
    • Candidate Assessment:
      1. Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and motivation.
      2. Administer relevant assessments and tests as needed to assess candidates suitability for specific roles.
      3. Check references and perform background checks to ensure candidates meet our hiring criteria.
    • Candidate Experience:
      1. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
      2. Address candidate questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Offer Management:
      1. Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation and benefits packages.
      2. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Data Management and Reporting:
      1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
      2. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, to evaluate and improve the recruitment process.
    • Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion:
      1. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
      2. Promote diversity and inclusion by actively seeking a diverse candidate pool and supporting a bias-free hiring process.
    • Talent Acquisition Initiatives:
      1. Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, campus recruitment, or diversity hiring programs.
    • Campus Recruitment:
      1. Coordinate with colleges and universities to schedule campus recruitment drives.
      2. Create attractive job postings and promote them on campus bulletin boards, career service websites, and social media.
    • Other Location-Based Approaches:
      1. Attend industry-specific events, job fairs, and conferences to build relationships with potential candidates.
      2. Conduct interviews at external locations, such as hotels or conference centers.
      3. Be prepared for travel to various locations, which may include overnight stays.
      4. Identify specific regions or areas with a talent pool relevant to your organization and develop recruitment strategies for those locations.
      5. Collaborate with local organizations, community groups, or workforce development agencies to tap into local talent.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.
    • Understanding of labour laws and regulations.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
