Job DescriptionDesign manpower planning and budgeting.Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.Recruitment planning based on man power requisitions from the concern head of the department.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, job portals, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.Coordinate and conducting interviews along with the panel members.Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports, feedback reports.
