Job Description

    Support and collaborate with the HR Head and Campus Director on all regional recruitment activity ; this includes crafting job specs, liaising with hiring managers and recruiters, sourcing and vetting candidates, conducting interviews, managing the interview process, liaising with candidates, and extending offers. Recruitment will be a key focus of the role. Obtain complete and correct understanding of the business and keeping abreast of the information from the business world, education, and healthcare industries. Function as a Strategist - Understand concepts, develop, and influence distinctive and competitive strategy by aligning the organization with the local business community to support priorities, embrace change and deliver results. Establish friendly, candid, and trustworthy relationships, cultivate a network of contacts throughout the organization and community and imbibe the company values. Be a problem-solver trusting ones decision-making ability and execute. plans thereof. Be a change agent by serving as a catalyst for initiating change and innovation within the campus. Demonstrate and involve others in understanding the ongoing needs for change. Support experimentation to test new approaches. Staff Development & Team Building Identify goals and vision for department, guide individuals and teams toward priorities, clarify roles and responsibilities of others and energize individuals to achieve. Drive motivation among the people to invest time and energy to excel and act accordingly to achieve the set goals. Recognize and reward accomplishments. Should be able to identify key talent and build a pipeline of next generation talent.
