Job Description

They will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and. practices.Responsibilities Performance Management: Evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements. Performance Review Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring fair and objective evaluations. Training and Development: Facilitate training for new hires, ensuring understanding of company policies and procedures. Recruitment Process Oversight: Review job applications, ensuring candidates meet qualifications and collaborate with hiring managers for staffing needs. Productivity and Attendance Monitoring: Track and analyze employee productivity and attendance, identifying and addressing issues proactively. Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the creation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Employee Relations Management: Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries, managing relations issues professionally and confidentially.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a management role. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Proficient in leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis.
