Job Description

    • Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform tests using gauges, multimeters, and leak detectors to identify mechanical or electrical faults.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Clean coils, replace filters, lubricate moving parts, and calibrate thermostats to maintain efficiency.
    • Repairs & Replacements: Fix or replace compressors, motors, thermostats, transformers, and blower fans following OEM guidelines.
    • Installation: Set up new HVAC systems in compliance with engineering specifications and local codes.
    • Refrigerant Handling: Safely charge, recover, and manage refrigerants in line with environmental regulations.
    • Emergency Services: Respond promptly to urgent breakdowns and warranty service calls.
    • Customer Interaction: Explain issues clearly, provide cost estimates, and recommend energysaving solutions.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, daily logs, and job reports
    • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
    • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and work plans
    • Proficiency with HVAC tools (vacuum pumps, manifold gauges, clamp meters)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
