Job TitleTechnical Lead - IntegrationLocation: Chennai/BangalorePosition PurposeAs an Integration technical lead, you will be working on designing and implementing integrationsolutions using the IBM Integration stack (IBM BPM, MQ) with design tools like IBM Integrationdesigner.ResponsibilitiesAs an integration technical lead you will be in charge of the following activities: Design integration solutions on IBM Integration products (Websphere stack) Work on client projects to and deliver robust BPM and workflow automation solutions Direct interaction with client during all phase of SDLC from requirement gathering to deliveryTechnical & Behavioral CompetenciesQualification & Experience: Bachelors Degree in computer science or computer engineering At least 10+ years of experience in IT landscape At least 3+ years of experience in Integration solutions/implementations and tools(Preferably IBM WebSphere Stack)Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in implementing IBM BPM Integration solutions with proficiency inintegrating with Database and triggers. Hands-on experience with IBM Message Queue (WMQ) implementation and Integration Proficiency in at least one programming language (Preferably C#, DotNet) Experience with multi-system integration technologies with BPM and relevant programminglanguages Well versed with SDLC life cycle having exposure to various Phases. Agile Experience ispreferred Familiar with SOAP/REST ServicesHands-on experience in any Database , write queries to fetch data for integrationLeadership Skills: Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functionalspecifications is a key requirement. Proactive problem-solver Relationship builder and a very good team player Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Good analytical and business skills Promotes continuous process improvement especially in code quality, testability & reliability
