Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate all the incidents towards the resolution, which are prioritised as a major issue.Ensuring that concerned OEs CPI is informed and seek required advise.Chairing calls whenever necessary to ensure that the respective/responsible teams are involved.Disseminating updated information to the appropriates, in a timely manner.Producing management information including reports, KPI, etc.Reviewing the process at regular intervals and improvise.Ensuring that Incident Management process is not deviated.Updating the information in the ticket and closing it, once the service is recovered.Desired Candidate ProfileITIL V3 certified (Foundation Mandatory)ITIL intermediate (Service Operations preferred)Major Incident lifecycleMajor incident management processKnowledge in Problem and Change process.Ability to adapt and understand new technologies.Knowledge in working with tools like Service Now, IPM Remedy, FACT24, ZIS, Wiki, Monitoring tools etcMicrosoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,.)Technical Knowledge in Network DomainGood understanding in Network Security, application, databases etc.
