Job Description

    Infra & Facilities LeadRoles and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externallyBuild a culture of continuous process improvement & optimization for efficiency and automationEnsure standard guidelines and protocols are followed in the Plant.Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standardsEnsure maintenance of colony to assist the residents on any infrastructure and facilities requirements/issuesInspect buildings & structures to determine the need for repairs or renovationsManage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standardsPlan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishmentsEnsure maintenance of company and contract vehicles related records as per the ISO requirements and ensure maintenance of house-keeping, sanitary and cleaning of offices according to 5sEngage in systematic execution of general administration jobs such as office area house-keeping, supply of tea and snacks, best utilization of pest control serviceMonitor response rate on service level during breakdowns, visit of VIPs & guests and plant eventsEnsure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standardsExtend support during EMC, Sports, Events, Wellness Centre activities and other employee welfare activities.Monitor canteen and coffee shop services, and enhance dining hall facilities and servicesEnsure continuous monitoring and satisfactory execution of the service rendered by the guest house caterer in terms of quality of food, guest came and housekeepingMaintain transport expenditure within the limits of business plan and work towards effective logistics within the plant by aiming to reduce extra steps and extra kilometresOversee and agree contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so onStrategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employeesIf interested, Please share your updated CV - (hidden_email) / can call on hidden_mobile / 78hidden_mobile3
