Job Description

    • Having experience in operating in the SRE model and exposure in using tools like AIM, BITBUCKET, JENKINS and Knowledge on DOCKER and Kubernetes
    • Scripting skills like PERL, SHELL, PYTHON, ANSIBEL, SQL/Oracle (Atleast 2)
    • Technical leadership and oversight of implementation and deployment planning, system integration, ongoing data validation processes, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainability of technical solutions
    • Develop, test and debug automated tasks (Apps, Systems, Infrastructure)
    • Having expertise in building applications, installing patches and break fixes for enterprise applications
    • Extensive experience in Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
    • Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions
    • Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems
    • Participate in the 24x7 support coverage as needed
    GOOD TO HAVE (Desired):
    • Work with development teams throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable software releases
    • Build and drive adoption for greater self-healing and resiliency patterns
    • Lead and participate in performance tests; identify bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and capacity demands
    • Work experience in configuring and troubleshooting FILE transmission protocols such as FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2 and hands on experience in implementing/renewing SSH and SSL certificates and PGP Keys
    • Knowledge in implementing ITIL process and Agile Methodology
    Qualifications: This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in software engineering discipline with 09+ years of experienceIn-depth understanding of file transfer protocols (like SFTS, FTPS, Connect Direct, AS2, S3, etc), ciphers, encryption and working experience on Applications supporting the File TransmissionsExposure/Background in at least two of the following modern programming languages: Java, Angular 6, Perl, Shell or Python with respect to designing, coding, testing, software delivery, and supportWorking knowledges of developmental toolsets such as Bit Bucket, Jules, Jenkins and Docker and KubernetesExperience in providing Level 3 operational support of application and infrastructure issuesExperience with developing frameworks that reduce operational toil or application technical debt while maintaining a high degree of system availabilityWorking experience with wide technology trends and best practices related to SRE Understanding of cloud, virtualization, APIs, and modern software languagesWorking knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplinesAbility to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture,
