The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone , email , social media , whatsApp etc. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/ her interactions with prospects.Leads Generation:Research & Prospecting: Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts (Researching potential leads from business directories , web searches , or digital resources etc.).To identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.Creating and maintaining a list/ database of prospect clients (Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database).Pitching & Opportunity Creation:Making cold call to prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.Making outbound follow - up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross - sell and up - sell.Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.Handling inbound , unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales qualified leads.Lead Qualification: Qualifying leads from various other sources viz; B2B Sites , digital campaigns , inbound enquiries (emails or call) , conferences , references , tradeshows , etc.Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.Ensure follow - up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls - to - action , dates , complete profile information , sources , etc. (in the prescribed format).Closing sales and working with client through closing process.Reporting & Monitoring:Maintaining , Tracking & Sharing Daily , Weekly , and Monthly performance MIS and sales metrics (in the prescribed format)Miscellaneous Task(s): Where necessary , support marketing efforts such as trade shows , exhibits , and other events.Research & Prospecting:Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts (Researching potential leads from business directories , web searches , or digital resources etc.).To identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.Creating and maintaining a list/ database of prospect clients (Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database).,
