Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Client Consultation & Needs Analysis:
      • Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs, personal or business requirements.
      • Offer advice on suitable policies (life, health, auto, home, etc.) based on clients needs and budget.
      • Analyze and assess risks to recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
    2. Product Knowledge & Sales:
      • Stay updated on the latest insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
      • Present and explain insurance options to clients, ensuring they understand the terms, benefits, and coverage.
      • Customize insurance packages to fit specific customer requirements and budgets.
    3. Relationship Management:
      • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and maintaining regular contact.
      • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with existing policies.
      • Offer additional or alternative policies as clients needs evolve.
    4. Policy Administration:
      • Assist clients with the application and paperwork required for insurance policies.
      • Process policy renewals, changes, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.
      • Ensure proper documentation and maintain organized client records.
    5. Sales Targets & Performance:
      • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
      • Use sales techniques to generate new business leads and referrals.
      • Keep track of all client interactions and sales performance metrics.
