Job Description

    India Integration Head (K12 Education)Role: India Integration Head (K12 Education)Key Responsibility Areas::- Provides leadership with regard to the strategic school operations and manages all day-to-day operations of the institution.- The main purpose of the role is to integrate all business functions post Mergers & Acquisitions of different schools- Supports the implementation of the organizations merger and acquisition strategy- Be the first point of contact for all functions to streamline the processes, policies and digital platforms of the newly acquired schools.- Liaison between the Admissions, Academics, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT teams to ensure parent group company important features, policies, practices are inculcated in the newly acquired schoolsDesired Skills :- Atleast 15 years of experience with 5 yrs experience in running School Operations.- Strong acquisition & integration experience as well as experience in running various school operations (from admissions to academics to various other support functions like Marketing, HR, Finance, IT etc)For Further details Please call Ruchi:hidden_mobile,
