As a Sales Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in sales strategies, customer engagement, and business development while contributing to the growth of the companys sales operations. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Representative or Account Manager position upon successful completion of the training program.Key Responsibilities
    • Sales Training: Participate in a structured sales training program to learn about the companys products, services, and sales techniques.
    • Customer Research & Prospecting: Assist in identifying potential customers through market research and prospecting activities.
    • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
    • Client Interaction: Assist with cold calling, emailing, and other outreach activities to engage potential clients and build relationships.
    • Sales Process Learning: Gain practical experience by shadowing senior sales staff during client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • CRM Management: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, contacts, and sales activities.
    • Market Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
    • Sales Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and assist in preparing reports for the sales team and management.
    Qualifications
    • Education: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
    • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
    • Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the field of sales.
    • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Technology: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an eagerness to learn CRM software or sales tools.
