About the DepartmentInvest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department of Promotion for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG.Under the sectorial team of Healthcare & Medical Devices - Invest India, we are looking to hire an Assistant Manager who will be the supporting the team for various activities as stated belowKey Responsibilities- Support engagement with multiple stakeholders including Ministries/Departments, State Governments, Quasi-Government Agencies, Industry Associations, PSUs, Investors, and Private Promoters/Investors- Support on policy framing for objectives highlighted above by examining issues pertaining to the sector and deliberating with government stakeholders and industry associations- Work in close coordination with the team lead to ensure execution of the strategy of the division or project- Designing and collating high impact presentation for new and existing programs- Liaison with international standards bodies/think-tanks, hospitals & diagnostic chains, sovereign wealth funds to deliberate on best practices- Support team in preparation of high-quality research, reports, DPRs and briefing notes required for specific projects- Create the quarterly/monthly deliverables of the PMU to the MinistryQualifications- Post-graduate or graduate degree in healthcare and related streams from a premier university in India/abroad- 2-10 years of work experience in a front-end role at a consulting firm / developmental agency/ investment bank / investment promotion agency / global corporate working in healthcare and allied sectors- Experience of preparing DPRs, policy briefs, policy analysis, research reports- Ability to work in teams and take ownership of the task at hand- Strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism- Excellent communication, people and analytical skills- Ability to work amid strict deadlines and on multiple projects,
