Responsible for SAP TM module related deliverables in SAP and S4 HANA TM Implementation and support projects. Identifying and removing any potential impediments/ blockers to the delivery of the agreed sprint outcomes and manage any emerging dependencies, helping the team remain successful and on schedule partnering with the Engineering team and the vendor team. Understands business strategy, objectives, and technology to ensure that work is prioritized by business value, work is aligned with objectives and help the team overcome deliver roadblocks. Understands a business units products, services, and basic business processes, and help determine the role the team can play to support their success. Need to conduct daily Scrum standup calls with respective stakeholders like BAU team, Engineering team, Product teams etc. to follow-up on all active incidents and SRs. Coordinate hypercare support of new go-lives with Implementation team. Ensure smooth transition of solution from hypercare to BAU (Business as Usual) model. 24X7 First Line Support on all SAP TM Applications, Infrastructure, Database on the New Application Platform/Inland. Must be able to work as a single point of contact for all deliverables under first line support. Provide transparency and visibility on the teams activity/progress using shared tools and reports, enduring tracking, and reporting of backlog progress including clear identification of associated risks and issues Investigate and resolve P3/P4 incidents and fulfil Service Request. Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow or any ITIL based service call logging system. Experienced working with Optimizer for planning and execution complexities. Experience with integration SAP EM & ERP and 3rd party systems using Seeburger, EDI, XI/PI.
