Title IT Business Analyst - Telecom Description Title: IT Business Analyst - Telecom Location: IDC, India Position Description IT Business Analyst - Telecom will Define, design, implement, and maintain circuit inventory database. Be responsible for validation of invoice and circuit inventory data, auditing of site data, feeds and reporting. You will also interface with engineering team to insure ongoing requirements are met. The position requires an understanding of ITS, Telecommunications products and services. Key Areas of Responsibility Landline Mobile Process monthly telecom invoices Track monthly spend by service type Report billing errors to network provider Process monthly charges for services (CVI / cross- charges, as required) Provide monthly usage reports Provide information for monthly financial Outlooks Submit monthly accrual information Validate Actual vs Outlook information Meet with telecom suppliers as necessary Mobile Services Helpdesk Create and maintain mobile phone inventory Manage mobile phones across the company Purchase mobile phones in a cost effective manner Work with providers for the management of activations and maintenance Optimize mobile spending Provide monthly reporting and analysis on mobile phone usage in relation to both voice and data costs Basic Requirements Strong experience in all aspects of database administration is required. The ability to plan, organize, and, prioritize workload Attention to detail Analytical and problem solving ability Ability to work quickly and accurately Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadline Proficiency with MS Office Applications, especially Excel BS / BA degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics, or, equivalent budgeting, and, finance experience Preferred Requirements General understanding of NCR infrastructure in all the Networking areas Excellent working knowledge of Local / LD / Data carrier billing, tariffs, and Telecom industry idiosyncrasies No relocation assistance will be offered for this position. **Visit our careers site for a list of the benefits offered in your region in addition to a competitive base salary and strong work / family programs.
