Job Description

    Job Role - Key Account ExecutiveSalary: 4L - 6 L / Annum.Education: Any graduate / MBA preferredLocation - Delhi, MumbaiExperience: 2 -6 Years in Sales ((Institutional sales experience will be an added advantage)Key Responsibilities:
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and visiting clients.
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Ability to Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
    • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
    • Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
    General Skills:
    • The ability and desire to sell.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A positive, confident and determined approach.
    • Resilience and the ability to cope up with rejection.
    • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
    • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • A good level of numeracy.
    Experience (Desired):
    • Min. 2-3 Years experience in sales - Institutional.
    • Knowledge about Govt. tendering process.
    • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
