Job Description Market visit on regular basis to understand the pain of retailers & feedback on AM visits. Monitoring T90 & Training Process. Assigning Daily Route plan based on urgency as per BI to AM s Immediate action on burning issues & connecting with responsible person to solve it. Maintaining Daily Report & installation. Conduct Training & other help required by the field team. Setting up weekly review to monitor individual AM Performance. Responding all calls from Retailers.Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:Should have worked in Retail BusinessProper phone etiquette;Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment;Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;Effective listening skills;Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good;Multi-tasking capabilities;Minimum 12 hours of weekend working availability on a Saturday or Sunday as per needConditions: Must have a personal mode of transportation Position requires traveling across Delhi and another north regionEducation:1. 2014/2015 pass out and has any valid degree2. Minimum percentage in graduation is 60%3. At Least 2 year s experience in Account manager role in previous organization4. Languages: English, HindiSystem Knowledge:1. Good with excel sheet and can create data and get data from field ops2. Can work in Windows OS versions3.
