Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: RRF004397 Job Title: L2 UCCE Engineer Category: CCNA/CCNP Certification required- Strong Knowledge of CUCM 11.0 and above- Ability to collect CUCM logs from RTMT and analyze for any call troubleshooting- Should know how to Upgrade CUCM cluster-Able to apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and isolate VOIP Issues.- Cisco Unity connection ( Basic knowledge like call handler, how to change greeting for particular user , basic call flow between cucm and unity)-Cisco Voice Gateway (ISR Routers- troubleshooting , debug level understanding)-PSTN E1 trunks knowledge- Basics understanding of Gateway Protocols: H323, SIP & MGCP- Basic understanding of VLAN, traceroute and that much knowledge so work with firewall team-Take ownership and drive the issue till issue fixed.- Ability to find route cause of the issue- Ability to prepare Change plan for CUCM, Telepresence Components.- Basic understanding of Cisco Expressway C & E like B2B calls call flow.- Knowledge of Telepresence devices Like SX10, SX20, Sx80, DX70, Spark Kit etc- Basic knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting for Telepresence devices Like SX10, SX20, Sx80, DX70, Spark Kit etc- Knowledge of On Premises Cisco Webex How to book meetings, basic troubleshooting steps if someone facing issue while joining webex meeting etc.- Basic knowledge on any setup of Video conference solution.
