JOB DESCRIPTIONJob purpose To work with the Retail Experience team to enhance the retail experience through trainings of all retail team members and onboarding of new retail team members. To ensure that all stores are growing in their knowledge of Nicobar brand and ethos as well as new monthly launches. To keep weekly updates on HandyTrain software. Role Responsibilities Key Priorities - Monthly Training Schedule Planning - Correlating Trainings thought out all stores for all aspects of training - Manager of HandyTrain software with content, quizzes and reward scheme for store teams - Monthly reports on Learning & Development at Nicobar - Innovative and exciting ways to develop the teams - Help organise the biannual ROM and VM regionals meet - Work with HR team for onboarding of new store team members - Gathering feedback about trainings and always progressing forward to make it better and more effective - Help organise the annual store audits Experience: 0- 1 Year,
