    Designation- Learning ConsultantCOMPANY NAME - HERO ViredLocation: DelhiYears of experience: 1-6 year of sales experience in B2C in Ed Tech Industry OR NonedtechCTC: Up to 8 LPAJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Learning Consultant /Sr. Learning Consultant to join as part ofthe teamOutcall and connect with 20-25 new prospects in a day and follow up /engagewith another 20-25 candidates, on a daily basis to achieve sales targets.Engage with candidates on tele-calls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, chat,etc.Building a high-quality engagement driven discussions with prospectivecandidates and enrolling them in our learning programsData Driven Sales Management: Managing the entire sales funnel from leadstage till conversion and build an engagement-based sales model by workingeffectively on CRM.Focus on High Quality Sales and adherence to strong sales processesWhat we are looking for 2-5 year of sales experience in B2C in Ed Tech IndustrySales masters with a track record of outstanding sales achievementsGood understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM Management (Salesforce,Lead Squared, No Paper Forms, Etc)Excellent communication, listening & conviction skills.High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratchStart-up Exposure is preferredPremium Pedigree is an added advantage.High Level of Result Orientation and PerseveranceWhats on offer Be part of the founding team in sales and operations of a disruptive start-up inthe ed-tech spaceCompetitive compensation including attractive Variable performance drivenIncentivesSelection Process and flow:- The interviews will be conducted online and we will have four levels offiltration.- 1.
