Job Profile: Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes Ensuring smooth functioning of allied teams like Housekeeping , Pantry , Security , Vendor Dealing , and taking necessary approvals as per requirement. Coordinating with various vendors , Keeping track of various office Admin bills To conduct Morning meeting & record keeping of action points of meetings. Purchasing , ordering , stock maintaining and distribution of office supplies like Stationeries , Printing consumables etc and maintaining track of the same. Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. Oversee facilities services , maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians) Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling , renovations , event planning etc Update office policies as needed Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Manage office supplies stock and place orders Maintain and update company databases Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Handling Travel & Hotel booking as per policy. Liason with Tax , Labour and other government departments.
