Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Platform expert with hands on knowledge of the Anypoint Platform and its features, who will work with tools and the development team to contribute the development of solutions and proactively automate tasks.The candidate will be responsible for managing releases and patches of MuleSoft software using Shell Scripts; managing MuleSoft Admin & Developer portals; managing certificates on MuleSoft platform; oversee building and deploying MuleSoft projects; environment monitoring and support; troubleshooting; root cause analysis and problem solving.The candidate should be proficient in MuleSoft platform and integrations architecture and should be able to independently handle the developer and operations team and be responsible for the delivery. He should be able to bring in the best practices & standards and be able to demonstrate and guide the team in implementationsKey Responsibilities:

  • Full-time platform administration of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Responsible for all technical administrative responsibilities of MuleSoft Anypoint software. Responsible for installation, and ongoing maintenance of MuleSoft software, including patching and/or application of hotfixes required to maintain stability of the platform; system restarts and re-boots; security certificate management; support upgrades across environments (includes planning, back-up, implementation, testing, contingency planning).
  • Responsible for the performance monitoring and tuning; environment monitoring; Managing API assets: infrastructure, platform, accounts, logs, ESB components; Check server health; check automated log rotations and archiving status; check server logs; check server performance (uptime, performance logs, JVM heap logs, core server dumps, O/S event logs); check status on ports, scheduler, monitoring transactions. Creates and maintains system and procedural documentation.
  • Responsible for production deployment of Mule APIs. Performs code promotion, release management, configuration management assistance.
  • Should be well versed in integrations with Salesforce / SAP and other systems.
Experience
  • Overall 10+ yrs. Experience working with various Integration technologies
  • MuleSoft certification in platform is required.
  • Experience with CI/CD technologies relates to MuleSoft development
  • Minimum 4 Yrs. Experience using Anypoint Platform, Design Center and Management Center
  • Operation experience with CloudHub and/or Standalone Runtimes/Runtime Fabric preferably deployed on Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially DevOps tools
  • Knowledge of hybrid MuleSoft infrastructure preferred.
