The WWF is run at a local level by the following offices. Manager- Face to face (Individual Fundraising) WWF- India, one of the country s largest conservation organizations is looking for enthusiastic young individuals to help WWF- India raise funds to expand and upscale the conservation work across the nation. The focus of the position will be to achieve the defined Unit fundraising goals targets. Location: WWF- India Secretariat, New Delhi Job Profile: Lead the pan India operations for face- to- face fund raising Motivate and guide the team members to achieve set fund- raising targets Collaborate with Outreach person for seeking permissions to put up kiosks and solicit donations from employees Train all the new joinees on products, pitch, code of conduct and communication skills Prepare the pitch and project activities according to the profile of the prospective client / donor Ensure ramp- up of the face- to- face fund- raising team across all locations in India Deploy incentive schemes for fund- raising executives to keep them motivated and engaged at work Special Skills and Abilities Proven fund- raising abilities across different channels Ability to achieve financial targets Excellent written verbal communication skills Good presentation and analytical skills Outspoken and Confident Excellent team management skills Ability to motivate and enthuse staff and external supporters Ability to maintain strong working relationship with key donors Desired Profile: Preferably MBA in Marketing/ Post Graduation in any field Minimum 6- 8 years of prior relevant experience must Apply Via Email to: Submission Details: Please submit an up- to- date CV (mentioning your full name in the resume attachment), giving details regarding compensation received in the present assignment, expected salary, and three references.
