Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis More Details Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis About the Role As the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will take complete ownership of related roles and responsibilities including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting of P&L. You will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board & financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons. You will act as an analytical support to provide insights for making fact- based and optimal decision making. What you will do day to day Prepare financial reports including cash flow statements, profit & loss statements and balance sheets on a monthly /quarterly/annual basis Provide meaningful, concise and clear analysis on current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures Manage and execute Operating Working Capital analysis(ageing of receivables, overdue receivables & inventory, non current stock, clearance, accounts payable) by actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders Work closely with cross- functional teams to evaluate processes, drive efficiencies and improve ROI Implement and work with business intelligence tools anddashboard reports Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes What are we looking for Qualification: CA or MBA with specialization in finance. 4+ years of relevant experience Strong analytical ability and passion for number crunching Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment with multiple stakeholders Indospirit is a first- generation start- up, founded with the vision of professionalizing the fragmented and low- tech distribution business in the alcoholic beverages sector.What started as a distribution business in 2006, is now a large business house with significant presence across Manufacturing, Imports, Distribution and Retail of alcoholic beverages, with diversified interests in Electronics and Vaping.Today, Indospirit is a valued partner for the largest companies in the industry including Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Beam Suntory, and Samsung amongst others.
