Job Description

- Provide forecast and analytics that will improve the leadership teams ability to guide the business- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking- Provide an explanation for variances of actual to budget and comparative quarter- Coordinate with other finance functions to consolidate data for reporting purposes- Create financial models and dashboards with analysis on investment and expenses- Analyze financial data and build financial models for decision support- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts- Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation crafting forecasts and models- Supporting the month end processDesired Candidate Profile :- Experience preferably in business finance Role- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Strong financial modeling experience- Excellent experience with accounting software,
