Designation: Manager Human Resource & Administration Reporting to: Group Head - HR Place of Posting: Sector 132, Noida/ Greater Noida Salary: To match the Best in Industry Working: Flexible Working with 2nd & 4th Saturday and All Sundays Off Role & Responsibilities: Recruitment of Contractual Skilled, Semiskilled Labour & Executives On-rolls: Work closely with the Project Team and develop manpower requirement plan & resource allocation for both Contractual & On-rolls. Maintain list of contractual manpower supplier for Carpenters, Plumbing, Electrical, Drilling, Maison and related labour. Screen/ filter candidates and schedule interviews in with Project Managers. Conduct preliminary interviews and participate in selection in final interviews of candidates. Work closely with site In-charges and monitor performance of employees posted at Project-Site locations. Maintain Database of all categories of contractual manpower and labour suppliers along with their agreements/ contracts. Prepare Job Descriptions and update Job Description Manual on regular basis. On-boarding & Joining: Perform document verification/ External Back ground verification for all the workers and employees before issue of Offer Letter. Ensure work station for all the new joiner is ready to use at-least one day before the joining date. Upon joining of new joiner, prepare personal file in compliance with all documents as per the Check-list. Conduct Induction training and brief the new joiner with corporate presentation, company setup, hierarchy, company policies, procedures and code of conduct. Payroll Management: Monitor Attendance and Leave Management on ERP. Consolidate attendance from all the project sites, bio-matrices and other sources. a. Assist management in preparing the manpower plans. Validate attendance data and coordinate with Finance Team to ensure timely release of salary for labour vendors/ contractors. Ensure that all the contract labour and employees are paid correct salary with SLA. Performance Management: Ensure timely completion of Confirmatory and Annual Performance Appraisal for all employees. Generate and issue confirmatory, increment and promotion letters. Post Appraisal counselling of aggrieved employees. Legal Compliance: Ensure that all the labour contractors / vendors are adhering to requirements of Minimum Wage, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus, ESIC and Provident Fund compliances. On-line preparation of Provident Fund/ ESIC Challans and Returns and timely submission of contributions. Ensure 100% compliance of all the labour laws. Employee Welfare & Administration: Coordinate and manage staff accommodation on construction-site and safety in labour camps. Coordinate with Insurance Co. for timely Insurance and processing Insurance claims. Take initiatives towards employee welfare and build professional relationship. Promptly redress employee grievances. Participate in employee engagement programs. Employee Exit and Separation: Conduct Exit Interviews and make quarterly presentation to the Leadership team. Develop CAPA based on Quarterly Exit Interview Feedback. Ensure timely process of employee full & final settlement of dues of separated employee after obtaining NDC and issue acceptance of resignation letter. Strong competencies in Leave/ Attendance Management, ERP based Payroll, Labour Law Compliance, Candidates with prior experience of managing labour vendors/ contractors for supply of Carpenters, Plumbers, and helpers is essential. Strong hands-on experience in managing labour law compliance such as ESIC, Provident Fund, and on-boarding experience is essential.
