Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Job Description:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintain and update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing process; supporting managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
  • Conduct orientation and training programs.
  • Manages compensation and payroll. Conduct annual compensation review exercise.
  • Manage and conduct annual performance management and appraisal of employees
  • Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits
  • Ensures legal compliance with all the applicable labor laws
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain human resources database and historical information is a systematic way.
  • Mange and facilitate learning and development of employees
  • Work with the leadership team to keep the employees motivated and engaged with the organization
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation / Experience:
  • MBA or equivalent education
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience in supervising a team
