- Horizontal Deployment of Lean practices
- Yellow Belt / Green Belt project mentoring
- Imparting Lean training programs across the assets
- Buddy-up with operations to develop Lean Champions
- Driving asset-specific improvement initiatives

Education Certifications,
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma: Working experience with a world-class organization and some experience in building a function in a division or start-up company
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required [Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred]
Fluent in Lean fundamentals: (e.g.) Lean Principles, Lean Tools, Kaizen and Hoshin-Kanri (Deployment Planning)
Fluent in Six Sigma Methodology
Green or Brown Field Startup experience a plus (must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, creating structure and working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
BS /BE/B-Tech degree or better (Engineering, applied Statistics, etc. preferred)
