International Business Development Manager- This role is accountable of developing, generating and growing the international business by leading the execution standards for the International Sales across channels including inter-company, private label and consumer sales by delivering on the value, volume, distribution targets, and execution KPIs across the assigned international region. - This role will also be responsible for developing, generating and growing the International business which will establish and create sustainable growth in chosen global markets for all identified products.KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :- Identify new business opportunities by sourcing for potential customers from different countries in conjunction with managing existing customers. Develop and coordinate yearly sales/marketing strategy; identify new product and channel growth opportunities.- Effectively manage customers orders and product portfolio by having a disciplined approach in driving sustainable profitable revenue growth and takes into considerations like Pricing, Trade Spend, etc.- Partner with all internal stakeholders and the relevant leadership members of the Customer organization to develop and execute the Joint Business plan for the key accounts in line with the business long terms plan.- Lead the yearly Annual Operating Plan process through having a solid action plan for all the relevant markets for the next year to achieve volume, market share, profitability and productivity results.- Build rapport and maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership team members, functional leaders and peers, distributors and licensees.- Provide up-to-date cost & price information of products, prompt service of orders and monthly reports of performance and results status/ ad hoc reports on important developments. (Target achievements, local market activity, new product launches, competitor activities, immediate compliance to customer feedbacks & customer support).Qualification And Experience :i. BE & MBA in Marketing with relevant experience of 2-5 Years in business development particularly in overseas market development. Proven commercial strategy success, keen understanding of the consumer product landscape across any of these regions - Europe, Middle East, Africa or Asia, will be advantageous.ii. Excellent negotiation skills are a pre-requisite in negotiating on pricing and product superiority with customers.viii. Should have passion and flexibility to travel long distances. ix. Develop healthy, professional relationships with the clients and vendors demonstrated by exceptional leadership quality, carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies. x. You are required to make development strategic plans to help the organization to race ahead of competition. xi. You will need to attend local & overseas trade shows and exhibitions to build your network of customer base and understand the latest market trends.,
