Responsibilities
Brand management of all courses being offered by Academy Partner with leading colleges and institutes to primarily conduct ipolicy: our flagship certificate course in public policy and other programs offered by Academy Maintain partnerships through regular visits/communication to partner organizations and institutions Forge partnerships with international liberal organizations and think tanks to create advanced opportunities for alumni and affiliations for our courses Conduct campus talks and participate in college events through festivals, guest lectures, competitions and awards to reach out to the students Strategize and execute online campaigns to create a larger awareness on liberal approach to public policy and Academy Manage Academy website and create a strategy that drives consistent, relevant traffic and leads Work closely with the content team to productize some of the content into marketing tools Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about our programs and initiatives Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management Work closely with the Design Team to prepare relevant marketing collateral and creatives Support city teams in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore with all Marketing and Partnership requirements Oversee and manage Digital Marketing for all Academy programs Plan and analyze the marketing budget for all Academy programs Skills and Qualifications
Master s degree in any field or equivalent working experience in marketing A minimum of 4-5 years of experience marketing, networking, public relations, corporate communications, content marketing, or relationship management. Prior experience of marketing academic programs would be preferred Prior experience of managing teams is must Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the centre of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince people of the value of the product Understanding of all digital marketing tools and components A passion and a strong understanding of the industry and our mission
