Designation - Manager Projects & Operation (Retail)Job Location Delhi, Mumbai & BangaloreExperience- 5-7 years (Must have experience in Retail Sector)Annual Package - Between 4-4.5 LakhsCoordinate with design team to get the drawings for the new store and oversee the design for each new store project. Review drawings for adherence to standards Site visits to monitor and resolve confusion related to drawings and layouts, scheduling and vendor issues Directly work both on site and remotely to ensure standards are maintained, schedules are met and scope of work is completed Ensure stores open as per schedule, as per budget and timelines are matched. Vendor development- developing new vendor for future work Manage vendors- Prepare and negotiate cost estimates and budget Report progress on store execution and cost matter to operation and finance team Track and report project schedule and progress Coordinating and completing Site recces
