Job Description

Responsiblefor Sales & Distribution of SBI Credit cards through Tele Sales Channeladhering to TRAI Regulations and Compliance requirements as defined by thecompany. Further Job Role includes Data Procurement, Dialer Management, NFTERecruitment & Retention and Driving productivity across all Tele Salesinitiatives including (Open Market, E - , Co - Brands). People Management,Stake holder Engagement - Internal (Operations / Workforce Effectiveness Team)& External (LG - Lead Generators) will be key responsibilities. Work underbudgeted cost assigned with budgeted FTE s & Responsible for overallBusiness Operations of assigned Region. The Incumbent of this role is expectedto manage 3 - 5 Area Sales Managers and to ensure Delivery of Budgeted Numbersacross parameters - Card Accounts / Premium Card Accounts / Cost / COA / CrossSell / Productivity / Recruitment of NFTEs and Retention. Required to driveprocesses to ensure timely reporting / appropriate MIS for tracking the entirefunnel and drive efficiencies across all steps of the sales funnel. PostGraduate - Preferably MBA with 5 - 7 years of team management experience andExcellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Skills on PeopleManagement to Control the Attrition of teammembers, Ownership of End to End relationship with Concernedpeople involved in overall Business Operations, Skills required onPlanning & Execution. ,
