Job Description

    Manager Sales/Marketing Support

    JOB SUMMARY / SCOPEAccountable for analyzing the territory/marketspotential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization. A self-starter with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record. Should be able to work under pressure. Research, analyse and make recommendations on complex business problems; analyse, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures; apply creative thinking in the development of business processes. Requirement analysis and track and analyse business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the business. Should be able to coordinate and work together with the Business heads. Understand customer requirements, complete the account transition & continually build the relationship with customers to expand the volume of business transactions. Quotes rates, negotiate the rates, convincingly discuss and win the business. To maintain cordial relationship with existing & new clients to develop overallbusiness. Should have strong knowledge on localmarkets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Generate NewBusinessRevenue as per Targets.
    • Responsible for maintaining existing client base and ensure that current client revenue grows through identifying and taking advantage of new initiatives with clients.
    • Manage and report on all existingbusinessgrowth activities to the Director quarterly
    • Establishes, develops and maintainsbusinessrelationship with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate newbusinessfor the organization
    • Preparebusinessplans and formulatesalesstrategies to achievesalesresults and develop newbusinessopportunity
    • Design Business development strategy for the region assigned
    • Closely track completion activity
    • Preparation of any feasibility report
    • Developing , Managing and Retention Key Accounts in the assigned region
    • Ensure sales process discipline
    • Generating leads and prospects
    • Strategy, Business Plan and Road Map
    • Expand and explore new territories
    • Introduce the Organisation to all customers in the region assigned
    • Identify and secure new customers
    • Increase the profit margin of existing customer
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing and new account
    • Negotiate with clients and prepare/manager rate quotations, proposals and other sales materials
    • Continually improve the scope, the business footprints of the company & increase the market share
    • Clearly understand and ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies
    • Identify , qualify and develop opportunities for new business in assigned territory
    • Support lane development strategies
    • Present our strength areas & highlight key achievement of organization to make an impression with customer
    • Develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of sales, profit and growth
    • Optimize the conversion of business opportunities
    • Maintain good relation with operation team, external partners and customers
    • Ensure all payments are collected within the agreed credit period
