Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate SalesAbout this jobManagers/ Senior Managers required for Corporate Sales for New Delhi, Mumbai and BengaluruJob Role

  • Identifying sector wise potential of HR Training opportunities in different companies
  • Contacting organizations, either telephonically or face to face to identify the right stakeholders.
  • Establish strong contact with key stakeholders for mapping training opportunities, budget and timelines.
  • Understand competition products and services of clients and present unique advantage of their offerings in a powerful manner.
  • Document USP/claims of competition and create sales pitch to counter competition USP/claims.
  • Develop Customised solution based on in-depth understanding of products, processes and customer insights.
  • Identification & Execution of Project by identifying/Interfacing with Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Partners.
Personal Attributes :
  • Should have over 10 years + Experience in Sales, Out of which must have at least 4-5 years experience in selling ACDC solutions to client.
  • Must have a strong CXO level connect in the previous stint.
  • Should have a strong background of selling HR solutions ie. Assessment & Development center, Leadership training, Executive coaching & HR Interventions to corporate.
  • Should have developed customized solutions for companies and have worked in organisation whose core product is Assessment & Development center.
  • Should also have an experience of managing Projects end to end. i.e. ( Sign up of Clients, Developing customized solution , Identification of partner/SME to execute the project & Overall Execution cum review of project)
