Manager/Senior Manager- HR (With 10- 12 yrs. of experience) Job description Roles and Responsibilities - Manage the end to end recruitment process and take overall responsibility for the hiring activity and campaigns.- Able to provide guidance and lead the team- Stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.- Ensure all job descriptions are kept up to date , create new JDs as and when necessary.- Performance management- succession planning for business units- Employee Engagement and Initiatives- Improve Morale , productivity & effectiveness of staffs- Employee Retention- Strategies to improve employee retention- Training & development- training need analysis based on the appraisal and training coordination- Good in documentations - Employee letters. , Employment contracts. , Onboarding / exit formalities , - Maintaining the entire employee database of the entire organisation- Onboarding & induction- Handling ESI , PF , Gratuity , Leave and queries related to the same of the entire organisation- Full and Final settlement of the employees resigning from the organisation- All the data required for payroll processing You are meant for this job if you have: - The candidate should be - - 10- 12 years of experience - MBA in Human Resources - Good computer skills - Excellent communication , verbal and written - Worked on the same capacity as HRBP - Experience in the same domain , worked in relevant industry or entrepreneur setup ,
